Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are those who work closely with the individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes, apartments, group homes, and day programs. Our DSPs focus on helping the individuals we serve become an active part of their community and providing support in the least restrictive environment possible.
